Richard Giles
Richard Giles is currently Group Finance Director of Parkdean Resorts, a large-scale hospitality business with locations around the UK. He has spent most of his career with purpose-led brands across the hospitality and retail sectors, in a number of different Finance roles. Before joining Parkdean, he spent eight years with De Beers Group, the world’s leading diamond company. Richard is energized by enabling colleagues to realize their full potential, and by pursuing effective collaboration between Finance and the wider business.
